A2 Key Practice Tests
This book includes four full practice tests designed to prepare candidates for the A2 Key for Schools exam. It covers all four skills — reading, writing, listening, and speaking — and gives students the effective practice they need to build confidence and succeed.
A2 Key, formerly known as Cambridge English: Key (KET), is the exam for learners who can use English to communicate in simple, everyday situations. In the past, many learners first encountered Cambridge English through the FCE (now B2 First). Today, however, more students begin their exam journey earlier with A2 Key. This helps them become familiar with exam techniques and strategies from a young age.
When sitting A2 Key for schools, students discover the importance of multitasking — for example, listening to a discussion while reading possible answers, underlining keywords, and processing information simultaneously. They also begin to develop strategies for staying positive under exam pressure, laying the foundation for future success in higher-level exams.
